Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exemptions: Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.), intimate/sanitary products, and downloadable software are non-returnable.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient information provided by the customer, the cost of re-shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Shipping for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. International shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact tendertemp01@gmail.com for return instructions.
