SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Area All products are shipped internationally to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders are sent to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery Times

  • Handling Time: 1–4 business days.

  • Standard Delivery: 5–13 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Special Orders: International special orders may take 7–15 business days.

  • Cancellations: Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled as the logistics process is finalized.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address automatically.

Costs and Customs

  • Shipping costs are specified at checkout. If free shipping is not applicable, the fee is added to the total.

  • Note: As products are shipped internationally, Customs Duties, VAT, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Conditions

  • Packages are delivered against a signature. If the recipient is not available, a notice will be left, and the package will be directed to the nearest collection point.

  • Orders are legally required to be delivered within 30 days. If this limit is exceeded, the customer may request a cancellation and full refund.

Issues and Damages

  • Damages or missing items must be reported to the carrier and our team within 3 days of delivery.

  • Customer Responsibility: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or lack of communication, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs. Refunds cannot be processed unless the item is returned to us.
